I Regulary Use Lubricant Eye Gel Named "Hylo Gel" 4 Times Per Day. Should I Worry About The Poke Now? And What Should I Do About This Poke Now? Please Help!

Query About Cornea's Wound Healing
Doctor, I Had Keratoconjunctivitis. Due To This, Small White Spots Appeared in My Cornea. I Have Used "Hylo Gel" Named Lubricant Eye Gel For 7-10 Months And After That The Doctor Told Me That Many Spots Are Faint Now. He Recommended Me To Continue The Drop And He Told Me That The Spots Will Go Away But It Will Take Time. Doctor Called It As "L/E Stromal Opacity" Now, I Have Some Queries Related To The Spots. Please Answer, Doc.
1) Why The Small White Spots Appeared in My Cornea?
2) Is The Spots Appeared Due To The Replacement Of Damaged/Destroyed Corneal Tissue by Scar Tissue?
3) Is The Small White Spots Damaged/Distorted My Cornea's Tissue(s)?
4) How Will The Small White Spots Heal/Faint/Disappear With Time? Will The Tissues Of The Places (Where These Small White Spots Are Present) In My Cornea Be Reborn?
5) If The Tissue Reborn, Will The Reboring Process Form/Create/Develop New Scar Tissue in My Cornea (Like Tissue Reborning Process in Corneal Ulcer Healing/After Healing Time)?

I am having headaches from glasses
I was wearing glasses 3 years back and I had no problems.
The powers were:
RE: sph:-1.25 cyl:- 0.5 axis:10
LE: sph:-1.25 cyl: -0.5 axis: 30
And a year back, I started having headaches. So I went to the eye doctor and he gave me a new prescription glasses:
RE: sph: -1.75 cyl: -0.75 axis: 180
LE: sph: -1.5 cyl: -0.5 axis: 30
For the whole year my eyes used to hurt and I used to squint and feel dizzy.
So again I went to the doctor 2 months back and he gave me this prescription:
RE: sph:- 1.25 cyl: -1 axis:175
LE: sph: -1.25 cyl:- 1 axis:30
But still I am having headaches and eye strain 😭😭
Can anyone help?
I need to find the proper power of my eyes. And I need to get rid of these headaches and eye strain.
Does anyone know the answers why am I having these eye problems 😔
I have wasted so much money in buying these glasses again and again but to no good results.😔

Query About Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates
Doctor, I Have Been Sufferings From Small White Spots (May Called As Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates) in Cornea Due To Keratoconjunctivitis. After Using "Hylo Gel" (A Lubricant Gel) For Approximately 7-10 Months, My Doctor Told Me That Many Of The Spots Are Faint Now. Doctor Also Told Me To Continue The Drop And Also Told That The Spot Will Go Away But It Will Take Time. However, As The Cornea is Healing From The Spots, Can The Spots Create/Develop/Form New Fibrosis Tissue (Which Resulting As Corneal Scar) in Cornea Anyway Like Healing Process Of Corneal Ulcer? Please Answer.

Query About Stromal Keratitis
Doctor, I Had Keratoconjunctivitis. For This, I Consulted A Local Opthalmologist Who Don't Have Slit-Lamp With Him. He Treated Me With Some Eyedrops. From Doubting, I Went An High Level Opthalmogist (After 2-3 Months From) Who Have Slit-Lamp With Him. Then He Diagnosed Me With "LE Stromal Keratitis" in Left Eye. Then, The Doctor Prescribed Me Drops For The Keratitis And Told Me That I Had Small White Spots in My Cornea. For The Spots, He Give Me A Lubricant Eye Gel Named "Hylo Gel". I Have Used The Gel Approximately For 7-10 Months And Then I Consulted The Same Eye Doctor. Then, The Doctor Told Me That The Spots Are Remain. He Wrote " LE Stromal Opacity" in Diagnosis Section. Now, From Online, I Heared That The Stromal Keratitis Can Also Make The Cornea Scarred. Now, How Can I If The Small White Spots Are Due To The Viral Keratoconjunctivitis Or It Due To The Stromal Keratitis? Please Let Me Know.

Eye infection redness
Hello doctor,
This is about my kid who is 3 and half years old, he gets eye redness(one eye particularly)very frequently, last time when he had the problem we consulted doctor and following medication were prescribed.
FML T Eye Drop- for one month
Olopatadine eye drops - for three months
After applying these medication, again it relapsed and again we applied the same for few days and redness went off.
I have question weather these medications are ok or these need to be changed.
Thank you.
Regards
Amit
