Does cylindrical power increase after 19 years if my cylindrical power increase is less than 0.25 can I go for Lasik and lasik would correct it as I my planning to do my Lasik at 20 years old only my cylindrical power is increased by 0.25

Irritation in the eye with redness and head ach ... also swelling in the eye ...eitching sensations.
