If one has floaters and sometimes flashes in eyes, is it okay to get lasic surgery performed? Should they seek any treatment before hand for the floaters?

Hi doctors , from last few days I am not having proper vision from my spectacles, its kind of weird, however I am able to read properly with ky spectacles, my earlier number is -3.5 around for both eyes, I went to an eye specialist with 30 years of experience, he put a dilator and after 30 mins carefully watched through my eyes using different types of instruments, He told me that he dont see any retina problems, then I took another measurement of my lens ,my number increased around -0.25 for both, doctor also gave me normo tears Still however I am having itching and frequent blinking in my eyes Should I consult another doctor?

Is it safe to use polyethylene glycol 400 drops on a regular basis 3 times a day or should one stop using it all together after a certain point?

Does dry eyes drops long term use have side effect i am using 1% carboxymethycellulose sodium drops (tearpro ez) and does omega 3 tab helps relief in dry eyes or any other medicine or change in lifestyle

Feeling a kind of flash or a sort of lightning sensation intermittently at the corner of my left eye. Its not happening continuosly but after every 3 or 5 minutes. Just a feeling of light strikes a white colour sensation happening just for 2 or 3 seconds. Kindly help me about the problem I am facing right now. Is there any sort of need to worry about.

Hey my doctor told me that i have operculated hole near ora in right eye and need barrage laser but when i have taken second opinion doctor told me i have meridonial fold and no need of laser ? What should i do now ?

I get alot of white stringy mucus in my eyes . So I usually look into my eyes using phone flashlight , last night I was doing the same , till then my pupils were of the same size but after 2-3 mins my right eye kinda started irritating me so I saw in the mirror and to my astonishment my right eye pupil was bigger than the left one . It wasn't constricting ( i.e it wasn't getting smaller when I was going in light, it was getting just a bit smaller not as usual) . I freaked out .. it was like that for 10-15 mins and then I closed my eyes and it got normal after 10 mins . Now my pupils are of the same size and I also used eye-cool drops yesterday . What could be the possible reason for this? Is it something serious? (And I even have a bad habit of touching my eyes again and again )
