Hey i wanted to know are these hole serious And is laser necessary and for how much can i delay it ? And why these hole happened as my eye number is -2 in both the eye Is that something i did wrong

I wear (-)3 specs in my left eye and (-)2.75 in right eye. Since, some days I am noticing that when i am lying down i can see everything very clearly from both the eyes, but when i sit up straight, i see very hazy from my left eye. And i also have severe pain in my left side of head and when i move my head, it pains from deep inside. I am really worried. Please help 🙏

I am bit worried on flap of contoura vision. I have heard of epicontoura vision which is flap less. Is it safer than contoura?

I am having high myopia, and recently I have examined my eye by a docter and found that even with my -9d can be corrected as my eye thickness was 585um , but I am afraid about my eye power what should be done in order to not deteriorate my eye health as I have seen many articles in internet that high myopia causes many problems in longer run , please help with suggestions and I am ok with virtual consultation
