I need just a information that my left eye operated c3r in2017, madurai and they told for right is out of stage.I take second opinion lav prasad in hyderabad they told c3r can be possible now we can do operation. What want to do now.which one I would like to prefer?

So if he would have realized(the squint)before the lasik surgery the result would have been better?
