For past 1 month I have been facing problem such as severe itching in eyes and burning. Feel like like to itch them and when I do so my eyes turn red and burns severely

Reddish near pupil
Hi doc,
My 3 yrs old daughter's eye gets light reddish when she watches TV or phone.
Right eye,light Reddish near pupil. After half an hour it become normal.
This started happening since past 1 month.
She watches TV or phone for almost 30 min in total in a day.
Please advise. Is this matter of concern ?

Dry or irritating eyes

Feel gare and blur

Foreign particle or problem with eye?
I had sudden eye discomfort as if eyelash had fallen on the eye. I washed my eye, added a drop of Refresh tears and again washed my eye.
Finally a sticky tread like thing came out.
