My nephew 1 year old is diagnosed with intermittent extropia. How it can be fixed.. Does patches have significant results or correction surgery is the only option.

Need a doctor all object showing shadow so need some specialist doctor for treatment near k r puram area.

Last week, my grandmother consulted Opthomologist due to a little disturbance in the eyes, Doctor said it is motibindu and it is very small  started recently, and suggested for Cataract Surgery, But she can able to see everything even she can read books, She doesn't have any type of darkness in the eyes, Is it advisable to go for Cataract Surgery, kindly advice

Hello sir/ mam. I have myopia since 4 years back. And the power is increasing every year. And I use my specs regularly.but I get itching sensations in my lower part of eye lid and my eyes become wet for no reason frequently.Even though I rub it, the itching doesn't go away.i Have tried washing my eyes open wth clean water but there were no results found.please suggest me any general allergic eye droplets.🙏
