I have Dry eye syndrome in both eyes . MGD where the glands are blocked. I have been prescribed with gel and drop lubricant along with single use drops ontears. Warm compresses are recommended as well . Problem is when I do warm compresses, my eyelids swell to double and stay irritated, sometimes cause redness in eyes too. To  bring it down I use cold compresses which gives me some relief. But inflammation triggers with warm compresses. Can I use cold instead of hot compresses?

Hello Sir/Madam, My mother's one of the eyes became blurry suddenly before 5 months. She just left it without care. It was in same blurry condition for past 5 months. But yesterday it suddenly got slight increase in blurriness. She is in different situation that she can consult doctor in person after 2 months. What can be done in this situation in order to maintain same blurriness or any solution to recover from this? Can you please suggest for any eye drops or some vitamin tablets? Kindly help us in this regard.
