Folic acid and eyes

Hello, 1) Is it true that daily intake of 5mg folic acid can reduce B12 levels in the body? 2) Is it true that regular intake of B12 injections can reduce folic acid levels in body? 3) Is it true that excessive folic acid in body can cause eye/vision problems? Thanks,

Lasik eye surgery

I have around -6 spherical and -2 cylindrical power. My insurance provider says Lasik surgery is covered if refractive power is greater than -7.5. Does refractive power mean spherical + cylindrical. In that case my Lasik surgery will be covered. Also, is it recommended to go for LASIK?
