4 day back I was having slight pain in my extremely left corner of eyes. And now today when I got up i got red dark colour spot on my eye. Is that serious, it cause a negligence pain . Whay should I do.

I have been facing a problem of dry eyes for some time now...and also i have mild squint. I need a solution that requires medication not surgery

I am able to see each and everything in a very clear way but still eyes are paining while working on computer...
