SWELLING IN UPPER LID IN JUST 1 EYE

I used an under eye cream in the night and after I wake up I am having swelling in one eye of my upper lid with slight pain for past 2 days. I even used OFRON D eye drops but there is no changes. I also gave ice pack but no improvement and the swelling remains same. It did not reduce or increase further. Kindly advice.

Spots on eye

I have two small spots in the white part of my left eye. Regarding both eyes, at night recently I have been seeing halos around street lights. Also sometimes my vision seems to be blurry but after blinking it appears to return to normal

Eye pain on left side

Feels like I got punched or have a sty but I don't. This has happened for the third time and I'm sick of it. I wear glasses so it's not my vision.
