I had headache yesterday night but today I am not feeling headache but feeling pain on left eye lid. So please consult me what should I do?

I am having viterous haemmarage in one eye from past 6 months had 2 avastin injections to stop blood and also 3 laser sitting have been donr to stop the growthb of abnormal vessels to stop blood leakage now the blood accumulated after leakage is clearing up but it takes time to clear up can i proceed to do gym after that?

Four months back had vitreous haemorrhage. Then there was a blob which slowly turned into thin hairlike lines and then into a thin screen. At times the screen went away and thin black lines were seen. Now both a thin screen and lines are seen.
