My left eye is getting red colour . Iam getting pain same eye . And also getting tears from my left eye

I am having the eye pain while starring at the monitor and smart phone my eye balls and fore head is paining constantly. But there is no eye irritation or redness.

There is no pain or itching but there is a red clot in the white area of my eye. The red spot appeared today morning. I drive daily 30 km on a two wheeler
