Actually my eyes are swollen by birth. There is no pain or it itching or any problem to my eyes. My daughter also have same swollen eyelids as mine but I am very much conscious about it . as it does not pain anything but it spoils the beauty of face and gives Chinese look, that part I hates most. Please tell how to cure this permanently for my baby

Hi, Since more than one week, some external particle has stuck in one eye. I have tried washing it multiple times. Also using an eyedrop since last 3 days. Also this problem is not present everytime, sometimes I feel normal. I am not sure if something else could be the issue. Thanks.
