Getting blurred when i see the letters in short distance(<20 inch) , no problem when i see long distance, please help me to know the problem?

Hello sir I am having eye of 6/6 but another one is 6/9 so its compulsory to wear glasses aur there is any exercise or something which help me to make this eye also 6/6 and from my eye water is coming from last 2 year so this time I using visosin d and tearfresh eye drop is it good or not if not then prescribe me some better medicine and for my eyesight tell me some exercise also .

How long does it take to regenerate the nerves after having lasik laser to eyes? Once that regenerated, would the eyes will stop getting dry after that? Thanks

When i see someone then left eye has good vision to see but my right eye see little bit away from object to the right side. Which is normally obserbed by other.
