My left eye have -2.75 and right have -3.5 so is it possible that correct my sight through lasik . I have constant power from last 5 years.

I want to remove my spects howz it possible without any operation..give me any permanent solution to improve eyesight

My father's age is 61 yrs and since last few months he is having eyesight problem. He has also gone cataract surgery 2-3 months ago. Still no improvement. Kindly suggest some good doctor and when can I get appointment as my father is staying somewhere else and I have to call him.
