My 3 year old daughter is frequently blinking her eyes.she use mobile phone's to watch cartoon.is this a serious issue. Because of this I use to hide my mobile phones

Sir, when i m playing cricket ...ball hitted my right eye ...then two days later my eye is paining when i m come to out side like seeing the sun ..my eye is very paining
