I have been facing eye problem, i think its eye alergy , when i rub my eye i can't stop rubbing , i feel good by rubbing

My left eye is minor weak. It's 6/9. I want to obtain 6/6 naturally. What I do???????

I got a check on it last year adn when to the hospital and they said they wont take it out but my eye sight has gotten worse in that eye i cant see long distance as well as i used to and i do wear glasses plus it has a burning sensation and feels like a constant sty i also cant wear make up
