Sir I leave in Bhopal and I need to remove glasses of my eye therefore I want Lasik laser Surgery for my eyes my eyes number is -2.25 both

I was suffering from Retinal de attachment, doctor prescribed PPV+TA+PFCL+EL+FA+SOI so 2 months ago went for RD surgery (vitrecnomy) and silicon oil was filled in my eyes by the doctor. I was advised to sit with the posture of head downwards for 16 hours for 1 week then 12 hours next week then 8 hours for third week. Then I went to my doctor, he examined my eyes and told that retina is perfectly set. And called me after one month. Now when I reached him he told that you have got Retinal fold in your eye and also cataract is developing. So you have to go through the surgery again he prescribed 'SOR+RT+PFCL+SOI+EL RSCL+CC (NS 1-2) Please tell me what should I do now ?

Dust particle settled below sclera, there is no problem in vision.but my eyes look very dusty.

I put onabet SD in my eyes 30 min before After that I wash with water properly But feel not good and my eyes look red Doctor sir please suggest

My right eye starts to water when I am using phone and when the light is bright. After some time there is a burning sensation when the water dries.

Redness in eyes and thread like substance coming on surface of eyes and in morning it come on side of eyes and became solid i have to remove it using hands irritation due to this  thread like substance and i eat Betnesol 0.5 mg and Vovren 50 mg to control it
