I am having cylindrical power of 4 in my right eye so how do I get rid of it and is it possible to get rid of it by undergoing a surgery????

Without specs can i get vision naturally pls help...i dnt like specs....my left eye farthreatended nd my right eye is nearthreatended...i want to get natural 20/20 vision...pls suggest wht to do.6 months ago in kolkata i did my left eye black spot surgery..thy gave me new lense inside my eye.after surgery i see far clear but why i see near blur?

I recently had an eye injury and sufered from deep corneal abrasion which has resulted in a scar. My vision has reduced to 6/18 but my biggest problem is the scar. I visited AIIMS where the doctor said he wont be able to do anything if it scars, maybe due to lack of corneas. Another doctor said to avoid it due to risk factors, but I want to know is it at all possible to do a full thickness corneal graft?

Is homeopathy is a better option to cure dry eyes ?? as all allopathy docters said that dry eyes is incurable.
