Ulcer in eye cornea transplant is good in igims or suggest me any other place

Woke up this morning with redness around my eyes. My eyes are not red and feel no pain. But the skin around the eyes is swollen and red. Almost puffy. I have applied cold compress which has definitely reduced the swelling to an extent. Should I take an antihistamine and apply lubricating eye drops?

Can i apply to airforce after LASIK ? I have a weak eyesight of about 2 diopters. Or is there any prescribed medicine
