Eye Care & Problems

I have short sighted since childhood.i have been wearing glasses since then .my power still varies .but I recently saw on internet that through certain eye exercise s and yoga eyesight can be improved. Is this true ? Can I improve my eyesight by doing regular eye exercise???

I'm having issues with my vision and headache, Almost daily at night I'm having headache, some times in the morning as well. I'm a Graphics Designer by profession, I have to use digital display a lot, so I can not avoid or reduce using digital monitors. I have recently checked my I sight as well, dr. is saying "it's a nominal change (.25) in each eyes, you don't have to change it immediately". But I'm not confident abut it.

Before 2007, fire accident in my right eye.after surgery .but my right eye vision is4/60 how to fix good vision 6/6

Hi sir/madam, i have a question about my eyesight, i have myopia about -5/-6 and recently i started to go to gym for fitness and i like doing sport regularly, its said that doing fitness is harmful my eyes and i wanted to know about it briefly. Dear doctor is it really harmful doing with sport for my eyes?

At irregular intervals i get lot of itching on eyelids and it feels to originate from corner(nose side corner). I assume mostly it happenes when eyes are over stressed due to sleep less or spent continuous time on computer(my job is related to that). Took cortison optichlor ointment for 10 days and taking genteal regularily in my eyes but not much effect. Few days it would be very normal, few days 1 or 2 times then suddenly few days it would happen many no of times. I also have dandruff if it has anything to do with that?

I'm having constant headache and pain behind the left eye. Sometimes it's so intolerable, I just have to sleep to relieve it. Any kind of aspirin just cures it for a few hours, then it returns. I don't know what to do about this. It started around a week ago.

My doctor said , no exercise such as shirsaasan, running, swimming for a month after Lasik. Did he also mean that after a month I can do all of these exercise? I wish to start sheersaasan and jogging now.. Can I start? It's a month now since my surgery. What other exercise can I do to keep my eyes healthy apart from sheersaasan (as claimed by yoga experts). I scratched my eyes, not with my fingernails because it was itchy. Then after 5 minutes it turned red, a little bit later I noticed a jelly-like film at the corner of my eye, near the ears. I've used eye drops. What seems to be the reason why I have it. Did I tear a layer of my eye? I'm scared, will this worsen if I just leave it alone?

For how many months/years does the dry eye problem persists? Or does it lasts for the life time? When will I feel normal ie not being concious about my eyes?

Good afternoon doctor .so yesterday {18-november}i have consulted to around 1.45 pm.. so before cheak up after putting eye drops. i am facing little blurness{small font size} so.i can't even read my text book.so whats the timeperiod? of the blurness to me.?... to my blurnesss
