Eye Care & Problems

I currently have bacterial sinusitis and started taking azithromycin on Friday. On Saturday, I noticed my eye was red/bloodshot around noon. It is not itchy or irritating. But has not decreased in redness. I tried using Visine to reduce the redness, but it did not change anything. Could this be a side effect of the antibiotic or something else?

I have noticed a small white dot not a bump a small dot on my right upper eyelid... I thought it might be something stuck on my eyelid but it won't come off.... I had a closer look and looks like it is dented... I have had it for almost 2 weeks, what could it be
