My mother has to undergo cataract surgery and the surgeon walked me through the different type of lenses very patiently and avidly but when i asked him the technique of surgery he would be using he refrained and said leave it on to me. MICS he mentioned only this and nothing else. So please tell me my mother is all safe and secure with this MICS ? And how is it performed?

I've been having upper eyelid inflammation and pain for more than a week now. I was diagnosed with having a stye however, I feel the inflammation has not reduced one week past and has spread to the bottom eyelid. Also, I have not seen any clear head forming on the eyelid.

Starting from around this time last week I started to form a stye in my left eye and it began to make my eye swallow and puffy and was passed onto my right eye that did the same thing. In the mornings it’s hard to open my eyes and it’s really sore to touch, meaning that it is also hard to clean. I went to the doctors on Monday and got some chloramphenicol eye drops that wasn’t making much dkfference so I went back today and I was prescribed with chlorphenamine tablets but my eyes are very sore

My wife's left eye is little bit swollen when she gets up in the moring since last 2 days. We are seeing an red coloured tunica conjunctiva and sterss and little pain on caruncula lacrimalis side when she tries to open her eyess fully. Please advise.
