Hi Doctors, My son is 8 months old and since 3rd month we saw a little bump on his eyelid, it's not painful but feels like a water filled or pus filled, he don't get pain when pressed, homeopathy is also not working can anyone tell me is this curable and whom to connect, I am attaching his pic for your reference Regards Karan

Hello Doctors, I know someone posted similar topic but I have additional symptoms. Kindly help me. Thank you 1.  With my eyes movement, black floaters move with a some heat wave effect in sunlight. At that time, the surface of anything I see in transparent background gets distorted/bouncy until I move it away from it. 2. Does it go away after floaters go down to the base of the eye in few months or permanent? 3) When I look out of balcony my vision is like I am looking through heat wave also. Far away mild blur like looking through a veil like some polithene cover stopping me to focus crisply though I can see everything finely.  Doctors say I shouldn't notice much vision change with small powers without glasses. Dilated test +0.25 sph & -0.25 cyl. Is it possible I am noticing it without glasses? 4) Glasses are giving some  convergent effect like everything is squished congested.  Should I recheck my prescription?

Kindly take a look at the report and suggest what i need to do further? Is the problem I have, dangerous in any manner?

This is regarding my daughter, she is in early 30's, myopic, he has been using contact lenses for 3 years now(monthly disposable ones),  her eye power has been the same for the past six years through regular check-up on yearly basis, her right eye power is -11.5 for spectacles, earlier the shop from where she bought contact lenses provided her -11 power contact lenses for 2 years but now she has been given -9 power contact lenses for which she's facing problems such as discomfort in vision, haziness upon blinking, dry eyes, on the first day itself she had a bad headache. I want to ask if the eye power is stable then why variation in the power of contact lenses that of earlier, even if I assume the brand is different would this differ drastically this much from -11 to -9, and should she discontinue with these lenses if the shop refuses to replace, it's already bought for a year, any suggestion or advice is appreciated, thank you.

I am having eye strain pain for sometime now but in the last few days it is causing headaches and severe pain around the eye. The pain is more when there is alot of light please suggest

I got lasik done 10 days back My right eye is perfectly fine but my left eye -i still see blurry,doubling texts and pupil gets dilated sometimes when i wake up for left eye.Will it ever heal or could there have been some error in lasik by doc? I have already visited doc he says all is well and when i pointed towards dilation he said maybe some medicine side effect and asked me to do pencil stating eye exercises. Should i consult some other doc.

Hi, my baby is 15 months old and his vaccination is due. However he has conjunctivitis. Can he get his vaccination shot when he has conjunctivitis?

It all started with pain over my left eyelid with a  lump. Gradually it started swelling and now it is completely spread around my left eye and even blinking eye feels painful. I have experienced pain and slight swelling on my eyelid couple of times before as well for applying eye liner / eye makeup. But this time, I erased my makeup last on Wednesday afternoon, but the pain and swelling started from Friday onwards. What is the reason? Please assist with medicine and eye drops. Hi, I have noticed a black cloudy smudgy dot in the vision a week ago. Yet to see the Dr. Currently outside India and have to wait for two weeks. Planning to see the eye Dr in India. No injuries. Suddenly this black dot appeared Is it something serious? How to know if it's retina tear? Do we need to get it treated immediately? Is it floaters or retinal tear? Whether both are treatable?
