Reddish in eye due to ball hit my face near by eye area.can you please suggest the medicine

My son Karthik Saxena of 9 years is suffering from a cylindrical eye defect of plus 4.5 in both eyes with excess of 110 degree in right eye and add 60 degree in left and his vision is 6 by 12 in both eyes

Plz suggest. Facing problem to focus on any object, pain, Blurred view, unable to open eye properly, problem in day After test the reports are as Left eye -1.5 Cylindrical -.50 spherical Axis 115 VA 6/6 Right eye -.25 Spherical -.25 cylindrical Axis 85 VA 6/6

I am having small tiny stars and extended light beams from sun and light sources. There are floaters as well and whenver I look in the sky I feel as if there is some transparent curtain is falling down. my eyes feel pain when I read with right eye. My right eye is very sensitive to light & it gets pain look at bright light. My right pupil size is little bigger. I consulted opthalmologist with MRI which is normal. I am not able to see clearly with right eye.
