I have a cylindrical power of around -3.5D,and I constantly suffer from eye strain and headache ,and I am IT guy ,I need to work in front of the monitor but when light falls in my eye it creates strain and headache and I wear glasses still I face this issue,Can anyone suggest me what could be other alternatives?

My daughter is wearing specs for spherical vision correction She suffer from eye reddnes,watery and itchy eyes frequently I have already consulted with General Physician and doctor prescribed Tablet mondeslor. After taking medicine she gets normal I afraid of giving this medicine to become an habit. Is there any other permanent solution to treat this medical condition

This Carboxy methylcellulose sodium I used for 6 days 1 month back ... but it not stopped my white discharge coming out of my right eye.. when I see my eye after 2 3 hours white discharge I see on right side of my right eye .. it look dirty I need to stop this coming .. please guide my with tablet and perfect drops .. carboxy methylcellulose sodium u said it is used for dry eyes ... please tell perfect drops and tablets

Hi recently operate I- Lasik for both eyes bt after 3 days of Lasik my left eye little bit  hit by hand my right vision is completely fine bt my right vision is blur i just want to know should it because of that hit or any other reason of my blurriness.plzz suggest me what I do
