I don't know what is that , it lis only located on iris Not in pupil.
Is it normal to have this white layer on iris ?

Little red eyes. Scratching,watering
My daughter has red eye now it has started watering and scratching .redness is less but sometimes she feel something like eyelashes are chuking her
We used maxitrol drops for few days 1time in a day
And before that she used chloramphenicol drops. pls give advice
