I want to get rid of spectacles. I have very high power and i have performed a test OCT Pachy which showed that i have thin cornea. So i cannot undergo LASIK surgery. What else safe option do i have.?

Hi Dr, I am using specs from last 1 yr,but recently i have headaches after i wear specs for long time.So i visited a Dr. and she said that The cylinders in eyes are increasing.I didnt understand that. Also she suggest a test should be done and the test was pretty costly. Can you help me with this,if what she said is correct.And the test needa to be done.also what is the name of test and its approx cost of the test. Thanks for your Help :)
