My friend's one of thr eye has swollen and it is paining.can u all please suggest the medicine to get rid of it n precaution for the same. Possible reasons and food habits will help.

I am working with an MNC for over 2months now and my work demands me to sit infront of a  computer for nearly 8 hours, that too during night hours ie from 9pm to 6am. There have been some days in a past few weeks where my eyes have started to pain and eventually this leads to headache. Should i consider using Anti-Glare glasses to minimise the effect of blue rays?

My mother age is 46years, she has near vision she have glasses also for near vision. i know near vision is common for many adults in these days. but she has distance vision also. how is it possible doctor..? Two visions at once...??? How she will use glasses for two visions doctor...? How possible...? How she can use...?

Hi, My doctor told me that I got -0.5 spherical power and +2.25 (axis 160) cylindrical power in my right eye. Is it possible to have both plus and minus power in the same eye?

I have floaters in my eyes from last one year. And i notice two things in my day to day life 1. Whenever i use computer and when i move my eyes or swipe my screen, I see shadows of words which i was reading for 1-2 seconds in white backdround. 2.sameway if i am in streets and if i see electric boards and then i move my eyes to other side i see shadow of that lightening board for 1-2 seconds. My current power Left eye - (- 1)spherical, (- 2.5)cylindrical, 175° Right eye - (-1)spherical,(-2)cylindrical, 180° I have done my check up of eyes(retina) and power 2 times in last one year. So, Can this shadows and light sensitivity be due to floaters??? Please reply

I have got sty on my left eye. It is hurtful and I have had sty thrice in last six months. I consulted with an eye specialist last time it occurred (nearly 3 months ago) he prescribed one ointment, one eye drop, one antibiotics, one pain killer. It was a good prescription but I lost the prescription now. Can you suggest some medicine.

I got hurt in my left eye and am under treatment for left eye. Iam using only my right eye for seeing. But suddenly i got pain in my right eye..specifically in the upper part of my right eye. What will be tge reason?
