Actually I recently diagnosed with a problem of astigmatism in my left eye with the no of 3.25 !! Please advise me how can I treat it without wearing specs !!

After c3r how much it will take for recovery and in how many days i can do my regular work ...so please help

I usually have tired eyes through the day, i work on laptop in the office most of the day. Some times i feel tiredness in the eyes even after night sleep. I have floaters on both eyes. But for few days i found when I awake from sleep if I look at the wall I see many black lines (like branches of tree without leaves) in my vision and then the lines fades out. The lines does not float but if I close my eye for 20-30sec and open I found new formation of lines. I does not see this lines when I awake even if I close my eyes for few sec/min. Please advise why this happens? Please help in details.
