I recently did eye test n found -0.5. the guy advised me to wear Blu cut lense. My job is to work with laptop 9 hours per day. Please advise if I need a power lense or Blu cut would do

Hi, I have a swelling in one eye on the upper eyelid. It is there since yesterday. There is no redness in the eyes, no water discharge and no itching. There is a slight pain on the swollen area if i touch it. I have shared a few pictures to show the difference. Please advise. Regards, Faizan
