Sir, My mother is 49 ys old and suffering from psoriatic arthritis for both legs and hand joints. Our doctor advised us to use aprezo which is a new drug that helps the patient well. He asked us to use it along with regular medicines for at least 2 yrs so that the disease will come under control. I want to know whether aprezo is really good than the other medicines with minimal side effects. Isn't it dangerous for kidneys or other organs as it's dose is 30mg. Please guide us

I take Zetamet Plus 20mg/500mg twice a day. I take it only when I eat big meals. Sometimes, I eat a banana and an orange in breakfast. On these days, I do not take my diabetes medication after breakfast. I wait until I eat a big meal like Chapati Dal Sabzi. And, then I take my diabetes medication. Am I doing this right? On some suchness mornings, I feel very weak.
