My hba1c report result is 5 which is good. Is fbs and ppbs test required if hba1c test result is less than 6.5?

Actually i was tested for Hba1c in jan 2018 and the reading was 5.8.But now i tested again on today for all sugar test.my fasting sugar is 88,pp is 113 after breakfast,pp after lunch is 98 and hba1c is 5.5.i hade drunk water in the morning before fasting test.So i want to know according to previous hba1c reading i am prediabetic but according to current reading i am not.So may i know,i am prediabetic or not. Note: my B12 was very low So i had takem 7 injections of B12.Deficiency of B12 also afftects the Hba1c readings?

I am 56 years old. I am suffering from hypertension since last 12 years. I am borderline diabetic but my blood sugar is very well controlled. I am taking Telmisartan-H once daily for bp. But since few days my bp is high in the range 160/90 to 170/100. I consulted my physician and he increased dose of the medicine by adding half tablet at night. But my bp is still high 150/85. It some times shoot to 165/93. All the test of kidney came normal. Please suggest better medicine for bp control.

Total Triodothyronine(T3) is 126ng/ml and Total Thyroxine(T4) is 10.51mcg/dl and TSH us 0.0031 it is normal or not or i need to take tablet for this level pls clarify my doubt
