Should I eat immediately after taking meds or can wait for an hour. Diabetic with glycomet 500 mg daily

Sir, I m 36 year old, in recent blood test I found that My Blood sugar fasting 123.8 and Blood sugar "pp" 139.9 (under normal range) I do regular exercise daily for 1 hour... pls suggest what to do for high sugar fasting ..? Few other reports are also abnormal like. . She is a sugar patient.one and half month before take TT injection ( 14.05.2018 ) due to some small injury happen . Yesterday one nail hit on the leg . Please advice again want to take the TT injection

During my routine health check-up I found my blood glucose level are as below: 1.) Blood glucose - fasting (opd) - glucose,fasting, plasma (method: hexokinase) - 85mg/dl (recommended level: 74-99 mg/dl). 2.) Glucose, post-prandial, plasma (method-hexokinase) - 66mg/dl (recommended level: 70-139 mg/dl). It looks alarming to me. :(
