My weight is increasing continously. I am controlling my diet but no effect. I don't want to go for medicine because i got to know from my friend's who have thyroid and taking medicines that there are side effect of this steroid. Is it true?

My vitamin d3 test result was 18ng/ml . I also have severe hairfall and pain in knee and legs. Please prescribe me the correct vitamin d3 medicine which i can take.

I was not having thyroid. recently i gave test for free t3, free t4, tsh in which t4 is low. during past few weeks me schedule is very hectic, nor getting enough sleeps and was having pain in legs. so the low level can be due to that. so should i consult the doctor or get the test again next month before consulting any doctor for medications?
