I had taken Meprate 10 mg mistakenly on 1st day of my periods . And it stopped my completely. Now pls suggest me what to do?

Few days back i was haveing burning senation while passing urine but now the burning sensation is reduced but the urge to pass urine has increased. Also i am diabetic patient and taking insulin

Ok so awhile back my doctor said that i had a benign thyroid nodule and that i needed to come in and have it checked again in 6 months. well 6 months passed and i never went back in (i dont have insurance). anyway lately i have been having an occasional runny nose and i will xough up yellow phlegm l. plus i have been coughing too but im.not sick. this doesnt seem like a typical cold. I have also been struggling with intrusive thoughts and anxiety along with it with a flushed face. do you think all of this (the intrusive thoughts included) could be a thyroid issue?
