My dad is having random blood sugar as 400. And he is having a constant cough from last 10 days. He is unable to speak even and facing problems to breath

M getting weight and hair growth on face though I have gone for test thyroid sugar and all but all are normal

I have been on Medication from last 6 months.. however my TSH is not increasing its as low as 0.005 but but T3 & T4 are under control. Why my TSH is not coming in controll? i am trying to conceive but due to low TSH i am not able to do an IUI. Does it take time for TSH to get in control?

Is my TSH level alarming? DO i need to take medications my whole lifetime?

I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks before. I'm on Trajenta Duo 2.5/500mg. I go walking for 60 minutes a day. I'm always tired and confused, often I'm forgetting what I do. Where I kept things like that. Feeling so insecured. I don't remember things I did or what I have to do. I couldn't walk on road in day time for a shopping or visit a nearby friend house as I have a fear of getting dizzy. I get angry easily. I have checked my blood sugar level today and it shows reading of 115 in FBS and 135 in post prandial level. Can anyone help me out?
