My dad is having random blood sugar as 400. And he is having a constant cough from last 10 days. He is unable to speak even and facing problems to breath

Having a blood sugar of 400 along with cough and difficulty in breathing is not a good sign. It can be because of Ketosis, some co existing infection, URTI or even heart disease.
