I am feeling pain in my feet and having increased urine frequency since 2 to three months My fasting sugar is around 140 and random sugar is around 190

Sir i have conducted the thyoid test and the test results are Thyroid Test Report T3 1.14 ng/ml (0.8-1.9 ug/ml) T4 9.96 ug/dl (5.0-13.0 ug/dl) Tsh 6.16 uIU/ml (0.35-5.29 uIU/ml) glucose test fasting 128mg/dl non fasting 150mg/dl

I had post prandal blood sugar -219 and fasting blood sugar -135. I took medicine for 15 days. Now what next.

I am diagnosed to hypothyroidism with initial TSH level 8.46 for 1 year. I am taking thyronorm 25 as medication and now the TSH level is under limit. I am also diagnosed to high blood pressure having initially 150/90 for about 1 year. I was taking metosartan 50 .and now suddenly my doctor has changed it to stamlo beta. But as I searched internet I came to know stamlo beta increases the possibility for diabetes up to 50% . So what should I do?
