Hello Sir, I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 around 3 years back. I have a very sedentary lifestyle as I do a lot of nightshift and do not get to sleep more than 04 hrs on weekdays. I am taking Cetapin XR 1000mg for almost more than a year. My reports recently revealed fasting at 160 and PP at 180. H1 bac at 7.8. Could you please suggest what next.

My father's is 63 years old and his post meal suger is 73 then it is necessary to take suger tablet.Doctor given Zita met 20/500 tablet for him.I think that my father's suger is normal then why to take this tablet,why doctor dose not stop the suger tablet's.He also have bp and thyroid
