I admit I haven't been to a doctor nor had a check up in YEARS. I am a 31 year old woman and have symptoms very much resembling those of Cushing's syndrome. How do I start the process of pinpointing what is wrong? Should I start with a general complete check up or should I go straight to a specialist with my concerns? If so, what type of specialist?

Hello sir, my wife has found her TSH level below 0.01. Earlier it was 1.84.. she is using 75 mg of Thyrox continuously. What should i have to do. Should i close the medicine for few days or should i reduce the dose of Thyrox. Plz suggest.
