Sneezing in Morning
98% of the mornings I wake up and face multiple sneezes among with stuffed running nose, watery eyes and body pain post that.
If happens most of the mornings, it frustrates me very much.
Please help me stop it.

I am student studying BCA. When I study for 5-10 minutes, my I feel like my brain is heavy on left and right, above ears.
