Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since last 2 years, i am facing problem in my right ear.
I feel that there is some kind of pressure in my right ear. Whenever i speak i feel that there is pressure feeling in right ear.
I consulted many ent doctors but no one was able to privide a solution. Some said Tonsil problem and some said no problem.

I have been suffering from allergies since last 2 year.i have taken many antihistamine and other type of drug as prescribed by doctors but that was not effective for long time. I have DNS problem also. Doctor suggested opration is only option. kindly suggest me what could be best

Swellingbottom right head
Observed swelling on bottom right corner of head from last 2 days and is paining slightly.

Yearly once cough
From childhood on words every year once am suffering with cough and it last for at least 3 weeks medication by doctor is working temporarily not working permanently. Because of cough am getting vomitings and fever. Suggest me a permanent solution for this

Cough lasts upto two mths
From last 5-6 years in every season change I am suffering with cough. 3 years back it worsen It stayed too long for 2 months. I have gone to specialists they said everything is OK. Took x rays, blood tests but found nothing. But every year atleast once is compulsory and I am fed up with it.
Is there any problem?

Regarding Scuba Diving
From childhood my ear was infected and thus there was some discharge from ear. After 10 year of long treatment its now cured. Discharge do occur occasionally if there is some seasnal changes or if I try to clean my ear myself but overall it is controlled.
Can I do scuba diving just for one time?

Having throat problem
