Small white bumps in thro

I saw small small white bumps in my throat like dermat.it started some 1 week back and some times it gives feeling of something stuck in the throat. I smoke. Is it related to smoking?? There is a sudden drop in temp in my place also so bit confused what to do. When i do gurgling i get relaxation.
