I hav undrgone sinus surgry 4yrs bck. I hav noticd dat nw a days wen I catch cold, the cough (mucous) becums thick and clogs my both nostrils or sumtimes only left nostril(may b in sinus cavity). I have lymph node swelling in my neck with pain in turning my head. Biopsy and xray did not show TB. I had TB one year ago and took medicine for 6 months. What could be reason for this? Can insect bite cause such swelling? If so what test should be done to confirm it ?

Crust in the nose

I operated by sinusitis 6 months ago. ..I followed all medication. Nose block problem has come down but breathing and cough problem has not come down which are present from 2 years.
