Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having cough and cold very badly,also i am having hedche and eye pain its been a week i am facing this problem,i have taken anti biotics but didn't work and now my stomach is paining because of having all night cough

My son is 5 yrs old he was not speak properly ... his tounge is heavy and  have a adenoid/tonsils  problem ...

Deviated nasal spectrum and sinus. Difficult breathing. Very often, both the nostrils are blocked...

I had suffered from Bell's palsy 3 years back. everything become normal after 3-4 weeks cause of treatment like predinsolne etc. Now I am again facing the same but it just started like pain behind ear. I remember it was also there when first time get this problem. All I want to know that is there any kind of proper exercise so that I can prevent its occurrence again. It's just in early Stage.

I smoke and i have severe sour throat in the morning. Sometimes its also in the day. There is little chest pain here and there.

I have been a cough and cold from 1 week. I take the medicine and get relief but my left ear, left eye and upper portion of head is paining.

A swelling in the inner lining of the nose .....which may cause blockage ...and is already causing some breathing issues

Tonsils have been swollen and hurting for a couple days, I noticed some white spots on them tonight.
