Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mom is 50 years old and she is facing discharging ear issue from very long time near about 10 years and she is not able to hear properly. Please suggest us the way to cure this issue

Having severe throat pain from two days due to which ear also started paining , not able to swallow and started feeling I'll

Right ear is blocked & unable to hear properly. There is some sort of sound 'mmmmm' in the ear. While swallowing food this pains.

For the past two days, I am having problem swallowing food. I can feel my epiglottis when I put my finger behind the tongue. not having much problem breathing but while swallowing it feels a bit.

I am getting pain inside right ear it's unbearable, pain will last for seconds and frequently comes.if I don't use phone for anything then I don't get pain.i listen songs daily using headphones since 2 years while working at office..now I stopped listening songs but when I talk over phone if I use head phones again getting pain.what is the solution for my ear problem permanently..is there any home remedies or shall I go to hospital .. advice me.
