Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having ear infection since few days , there is sticky smelly watery yellow discharge coming out from both ears, what is the solution for that and can I use any ear drops to treat it?

Doctor I got microsuctuon done in my right ear 2 days back. On the first day I had severe pain in the ear but the pain gradually reduced. But there is another problem which I have been facing since yesterday, I feel like there is something gluey inside the ear and keeps me blocked on and off,took a picture of it as well and saw some pus like thing

Blood cumming from nose and mouth aromatic no any enquiries, that's come back to back after 1 hours,

I have been suffering from. Headache and nose allergy and sinus also.surgery of sinus and nose bone had done before 5 years but problem is still.

Dear Sir, My father is 51 years old. He is suffering from tinnitus since last 6-7 months. Consulted an ENT and gave some audiometry tests. The result says he has sensorineural hearing loss in both the ears. After consulting the same ENT, the doctor said that there is no cure to it and the same can prevail during lifetime. I have this in june and untill now it's still there i thougt it is okay but I guess its not because untill now it's there actually ive already had a check up on my doctor but there's still not a clarifying findings. In short there's no findings if what is this. I have already an ultrasound but they can't defined it

My neck is swelled and my shoulder is starting to swell. There's no pain or breathing problems. My neck is a medium sized lump it's hard but I push it it doesn't really hurt. It's hard. My shoulder is new I just saw this August 16,2017 on Wednesday.
