Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have suffered with eustachian tube dysfunction since 7 months Symptoms - Autophony Mild hearing One side tooth numbness Popping and cracking sounds Stuffing nack and back of head pain Eye pain some time Leg pain affected side Relief when sniffing and head down

I started talking from the bottom of my throat after i realised my voice has high pitch. Does that have any impact on my throat in long run ?

I'm having infection in my throat. I feel my throat to get dry anytime at night and I start coughing. What can I do at home to cure it?

I got GERD from last one month and gas coming out of throat isvery constant even with medication. From the last 2 weeks while cleaning the tongue I am noticing some extra layer of swelling on my base of the tongue which I can't see but it is constant with no pain or any sensation . Is it normal or should I get it checked?

2 days ago, I felt like inside my lips(mouth) there is redness in a particular area, but the next day it started spreading overall inside my mouth. Also it feels like the upper layer of skin inside my mouth is getting removed and it's like white cast and only a thin skin is left and it feels burning inside my mouth There is some mouth ulcer also And the front part of my tongue has few mouth ulcer and it feels like its skin also gets removed. It feels same as when we it extremely salty food and skin of tough get affected. I don't know whether it's due to eating something not correct or the heat in my stomach or its fungal infection. But I can't close my mouth because it's burning out there and if I try to keep it open the thin skin start drying and that also causing pain. Please help me with this

Hello doctor,my right ear was blocked 5 days back due to cold , now cold is reduced ,no cold from 2 days, still my ear is blocked ( no pain but discomfort bcz of blockage)

Five years ago, I had to undergo FESS because my forehead started swelling due to sinus infection. One year it was normal. After I get frequent headaches, pain all over the face ear. Whenever I seek medical help, it only  works for a week..like montecope tab. After the course it reoccurs..Now the symptoms are getting worse. Pain in spreading to the neck as well. Numbness in my head. Pain in ear.  They said it is because of allergies the sinusitis will come back again n again. Is there any permanent solution to this ?
