Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have red nodules in my throat from 5 months I have taken many antibiotics but they are not going I have earache in my left ear I have also take laryngoscopy but doctor said nothing please tell me something I am very contious about this

Sir my mother is getting irritated bacuase of her runny nose .Her nose runs contunuasly for 4to 5 hours in a day and this happening from last 2 year when we   shifted to one old house which has walls made up of soil(very old house) she had treatment from 20to22 doctors in last 2year but she is not getting rid of this runny nose some doctors says it's bacuase of allergy sir any good medicine to get rid of this

I have been suggested for operating(Tympanoplasty) both ears have perforation. How much will it cost in Pune. What precaution do I need to take and how many days leave will need from my work.

Fish bone is stuck behind right Salivary gland while eatting. I cant see it but if graps i can feel it it is pinching there and there is blood some time Its stuck for 5 h and i have tryed everything

A few months back I had sinus infection accompanied with buzzing ears. I consulted a doctor and got rid of headache, dizziness and all except the buzzing ear. Still I have a buzz/roar sound in my left ear. In certain head position (upright and back) it escapes, while it again escalates when I move my head forward down (looking down). It is very disturbing and has caused me lack concentration in anything I do. Please help me on this.

I have partial hearing loss in one of my ears. can I use clearwax ear drops to get the ear wax soften for couple of days and then consult ENT specialist to get the ear cleaned? If so, how many drops of clearwax I have to put and how many times a day? Please suggest.
