Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Getting purse alot from ear and headache alot and mild fever From both ears Putting a drops but they aint working

It started with my left ear being clogged due to earbud usage that led me to impacted earwax ear clogging problem which was removed after 2 sittings with a week's gap with a course of antibiotics tablet and Ciplox drops. Post the second seating there has been a feeling of heaviness in both the ears especially right ear and on and off pain in both ears. On the right ear I feel like poking it with finger again and again to get sharp hearing else without putting in the finger it stays uncomfortable. Please let me know what could be the issue and what medication and procedure to follow to rectify this and reason behind it. Have been using lcz tablet for a week too but not much to rescue. Will be very thankful. This has been bugging me a lot.

I have tried so many medicines prescribed by doctors but no one is asking for any imaging or tympanomatry!! I can feel the tinnitus is due t something neck issue or some inflammation. From 5-6 months i have been on infinite meds! I am getting so much anxiety that I cannot think about anything else. Today i was sleepin in stomach down position, i turned my head towards left hardly and at than time tinnitus(hisssing part of tinnitus mostly) reduced and i felt silence fr a while. When i press near my bone on left of face i feel a squeaking sound and hissing also increases! Can there be a chance of adenoid issue? When i eat multivitamins hissing reduced bt dat tone stays. And with neck movement it varies sometime when i hard turn my neck. Also i was checking softly, my left sode ear canal is little sore and with a little touch it feels itchy also. Doc was chcking with otoscope post that also it started itching and sorness feeling with slight touch :(. Plz help me diagnose properly :(

Have had a mastoid surgery and since then my ear gets infected very often with runny wax , lot of itching and pain and ringing bells. Have been using Ciplox and Candida ear drops. Not much help. Pl suggest what to do. Thank you

I've blocked nose, and post nasal drip from last 7 dayd, I felt like something's stuck down my throat and chest as well and it pained. A family doctor advised my to take Rabekind, Zifi 200 mg, Vitamin C tablets, Mont air LC and Asthakind Syrup and steam inhalation. I've been taking these medicines from last 5 days but I still have nasal congestion, it feels like inner walls are swollen and making it difficult to breath. It gets worse when I lie down. Please help and suggest what is it and how do I cure it. Nasal congestion is making it very irritating and uncomfortable to breath. I cannot visit clinics and test centers due to Corona outbreak. Please help.

I am facing problem while I am walking . I have head pain and balance problem . I have not the symptoms of vertigo because my objects does not rotates only when I walk then I feel balance problem and forehead pain . Please suggest what should I do , consult to nurologist or ENT . I am facing this problem from January 2020 . Please suggest , it is due to ear or spine problem . I have not any problem with spine . My eyes are ok . I have not any problem with eyes . So my head pain and balance problem have come together .
